Lipovenekan holiday house, full rental
The holiday cottage is in fact an old Lipovenek house, rescued from decay and refurbished with love and care, to preserve its charm and authenticity on the outside and to provide a warm and functional space inside, with all the necessary amenities of today. The house is situated on a large plot of land with a wide opening to the Sulina arm of the Danube.
The cottage is rented as a whole and consists of two bedrooms, separate by the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped (dishes, refrigerator, induction hob, hood, microwave, coffee maker), so you can prepare any meal or, why not, even the fish caught by you.
On request, meals can be arranged locally at a location close to the house.
Outside you will find a large courtyard with a gazebo with dining area and barbecue.
Children will enjoy the large space and the specially arranged playground, or the horses that graze on the street, emphasizing the wild character of the place.
The house is located directly on the Sulina branch of the Danube, and the pontoon is a perfect place not only for fishing, but also for admiring the spectacular sunsets, with the sun going down in the Danube, and also for the safe mooring of boats.
Benefiting from a location in the middle of the Delta, one can easily reach emblematic places such as Mila 23, Fortuna Lake, Caraorman Canal, Letea Forest, the port city and the beach of Sulina. Bicycles and kayaks are provided free of charge, and boat trips can be arranged upon request.
Whether it's families with children, couples or fishing enthusiasts, the house is ready to welcome you anytime.
The recommended way of access is by water, with the help of regular Navrom ships or fast boats that operate daily, several times, from the port of Tulcea. Upon request, we can arrange the transfer from Tulcea to the property and return.
